A Georgia judge ordered the release Monday of a man sentenced to 10 years in prison for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17. The judge threw out Genarlow Wilson's previous sentence and amended it to misdemeanor aggravated child molestation with a 12-month sentence, plus credit for time served. Under the new ruling, he will not be required to register as a sex offender. Wilson, now 21, has been behind bars for more than

The Olympic logo is Bad… Real Bad
Footage promoting the logo for the 2012 London Olympic Games was removed from the organisers' website yesterday amid concern it could trigger epileptic fits.
The video clip shows a diver plunging into a pool as part of a campaign to promote the jagged Olympic logo, a graffiti-like blow-up of the number 2012 in a range of colours including hot pink and electric blue.
A London 2012 spokeswoman said the concerns surrounded a four-second piece of animation shown at the logo's launch yesterday and recorded by broadcasters.
Emphasising that it was not the logo itself which was the focus of health worries, she said: "This concerns a short piece of animation which we used as part of the logo launch event and not the actual logo."
I freakin hope it's not the actual logo, Sure i may be the millionth person to bash the new logo, but that dosn't mean i'm not going to do it.
Simply put, My 6 year old brother could draw something better than that.
And now it's causing seizures…. wow. Talk about shitty design…

The Game was charged yesterday (June 4) in Los Angeles with making a criminal threat and possessing a firearm in a school zone. The felony charges against the 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, stemmed from a fight during a Feb. 24 pickup basketball game in South Los Angeles, the district attorney's office said.
Taylor pulled a gun from his red Cadillac Escalade after punching a player on the opposing team and threatened to shoot him, police said.
The hip-hop star was arrested May 11 at his Glendale home by police executing a search warrant and was released on $50,000 bail. He also is charged with exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer.
Taylor was scheduled to be arraigned today in Los Angeles. He faces more than five years in state prison if convicted. His attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
Wow thats some heavy shit, I read somewhere that the game had NBA level basketball talent..
To see him go down like this…. after taking all of those bullets and surviving….. damn shame. Here's to hoping he dosn't get put away for 5 years.

It's The Pied Piper of R&B ladies and gentlemen
With nearly 386,000 copies of his latest LP, Double Up, being snapped up, R. Kelly has earned himself the sixth chart-topping debut of his 15-plus-year career (counting 2004's Unfinished Business, the second collaborative LP between himself and Jay-Z).
This latest triumph extends something of an astonishing pattern in R. Kelly's past releases. Of the 11 albums he's headlined (we won't even get into the many artists he's given songs to), all but one has opened at either #1 or #2 — his 1992 debut, Born Into the '90s, is the sole exception, debuting at #42. R. Kelly opened at #1 with 248,000 scans in 1995, while 1998's R. debuted at #2 with sales of nearly 216,000. TP-2.com opened with more than 543,000 copies in 2000 for a #1, and 2003's Chocolate Factory followed suit with 532,000 units. In 2004, Happy People/ U Saved Me took #2 on 403,000 copies sold, while 2005's TP-3: Reloaded racked up sales of 490,000-plus to grab another #1.
What. The. Hell.
How does a dude who has basically said he was bi-curious, Fucked 14 year old girls, Peed on countless groupies and basically been an all around FREAK, open at number 1? WHAT IS THAT?! seriously, could somone please leave a comment and explain this to me? is he in the mafia? Does he pad his numbers? im DYING to know.
It's probably just because he's a flirt…..
