KNOW HOPE is an artists from Tel-Aviv who creates handmade drawings out of paper and then lites them up with candles.
The artists tells us:
"What i like about the lanterns is that it deals with the frail temporary aspect of putting up art in street.if i take the best case scenario (that nobody takes the piece after a short while and there are no extreme winds or rain) then the longest life span of these pieces will be that of the candles, which is probably just a few hours. therefore, when someone runs into it on the street they know that it was placed there not so long ago and they, by coincidence, got there in the small time frame that the piece was "active", hopefully giving them the feeling that it was placed there especially for them, and maybe guiding them, following them home and subtly lighting up their way."

Up untill this point it has been reported that the new resident evil 4 for wii will be censored….
"…a great portion of the blood and gore has been excised from the game. Headshots no longer kill, limbs can no longer be shot off."
Well America and all of its bloody glory will not stand for such a thing… We need to see the blood actually leak from the shattered skull of the zombie we just demolished. So, Website Destructoid.com went ahead and contacted Capcom, and here's the word straight from them:
RE 4 Wii Edition content in Japan is based on their previous releases, the US version content will be similar to previous releases here (not talking about any of the Wii Edition functions with the controls of course, just about gameplay content).
BOOM, Blood and guts. Gotta love it baby. This is going to be a must have for every Wii owner.

Nintendo Owns Japan
As if you needed any more confirmation on just how great the Nintendo Wii is, the latest Japanese sales numbers show a 5 to 1 advantage in terms in consoles sold compared to the PS3. Again, this doesn’t mean that the Wii is any better than the PS3, but it does show that Nintendo’s gamble of tapping into the non-gamer market is paying off. (Compare that to the PS3 where you need to take out a loan just to afford the thing.)

Let me tell you something, Japan likes Nintendo, They love it. Hell, they need it. They're a mess without it. They miss it so damn much…. They miss being with it, They miss being near it. They miss Its laugh. They miss its scent; They miss Its musk. When this all gets sorted out, I think Japan and Nintendo should get an apartment together.
err… wait
i think i just heard that somewhere…
Point is. Nintendo is rockin Japan, and Playstation…. ehhh, not so much.

CD-swapping website Lala.com is taking a bite out of Apple's turf, hosting the iTunes music library for iPod owners and promising to soon sell songs directly for the devices.
Lala's new service lets people store their iTunes library on the Palo Alto, California company's website, allowing users to listen to their song collection from any computer via the Internet.
Lala also launched an online version of free radio that streams music to listeners on-demand.
The CD-swapping website said the moves made Tuesday are the first steps in a grand plan to break down barriers between people and digitized music and re-unite artists with alienated fans.
I dont know about you… but this SOUNDS too good to be true. They will host my ENTIRE itunes library? i have over 80 GB of music…. and they say they will host it all…for free…. im going to try it out when i get home tonight, but im skeptical to say the least.
Its a good idea, but let's see how long it lasts..
Go to LALA.com and comment back with your experiences..

Bioshock looks like a ballin' game.
This is one of those titles I can't wait for. There is a reason i own all three game consoles, it's so i can cherry pick the best games that each system has to offer, and in my opinion, this looks like one of those games. if you haven't been over to IGN to look at screenshots or video i HIGHLY reccomend that you head over.
Looks amazing.
Also on the my….
Mass Effect,
Skate
GTA 4
Halo 3

Dutch students have developed powdered alcohol which they say can be sold legally to minors.
The latest innovation in inebriation, called Booz2Go, is available in 20-gramme packets that cost 1-1.5 euros ($1.35-$2).
Top it up with water and you have a bubbly, lime-colored and -flavored drink with just 3 percent alcohol content.
"We are aiming for the youth market. They are really more into it because you can compare it with Bacardi-mixed drinks," 20-year-old Harm van Elderen told Reuters.
Van Elderen and four classmates at Helicon Vocational Institute, about an hour's drive from Amsterdam, came up with the idea as part of their final-year project.
"Because the alcohol is not in liquid form, we can sell it to people below 16,"
Part of me wants to say HEY, you cant do that, thats illegal and morally unjust… and the other part of me wants to just say
wow,
Thats impressive, I'm not even going to lie to you. Those kids really wanted to drink, and where there's a will there's a way. Intellegence has finally provided the youth with a way to legally get drunk.
GO SCHOOL!
